Privacy and cookies

Last updated

Performance Marketing Hub is a free site with guides on performance marketing. Below you can read which data is processed, why, and which choices you have.

Who is responsible?

Performance Marketing Hub is run by Maxim Baeten BV, Wetteren, Belgium. Questions about privacy can be sent to hallo@maximbaeten.be.

Which data do we process?

You do not need an account and we do not ask for personal details. We only process technical data that your browser sends along (such as IP address, browser, device and the pages you visit), through the services below. If you email us, we use your email address and message only to reply.

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to load our measurement tags, and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Google Analytics places cookies (such as _ga) on your device. Tag Manager itself does not place cookies, but loads the tags that do.

Advertising through Google AdSense

To keep the site free, we show ads through Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies or similar technologies to show ads, measure them and tailor them to your interests based on your visits to this and other websites.

More information from Google: how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can turn off personalized ads in Google's ad settings.

Cookies

This site uses cookies from Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) and from Google AdSense as soon as you open a page. There is no cookie banner. You can always block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Links to other websites

Articles link to documentation and other sources on external websites. Once you follow such a link, the privacy policy of that website applies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, and to object to its processing. Contact us at hallo@maximbaeten.be. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
